CITY OF JEROME NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 17th day of December 2024, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Jerome City Council at Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho and via Zoom meetings to consider a request from Idaho Milk Products for a Partial Plat Vacation of property being Lot 2, Block 1 as shown on that certain map entitled “Century Bound Subdivision”, recorded June 10, 2024 as Instrument No. 2402049 in the office of the County Recorder of Jerome County, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 30, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho; Thence, along the South boundary of the Southeast quarter of said Section 30, North 89°30’31” West 921.43 feet; Thence, leaving said South boundary, North 00°16’49” East 507.63 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 2 and being the real point of beginning; Thence, along the South boundary of said Lot 2, North 89°30’31” West 429.20 feet; Thence, continuing along said South boundary, North 00°16’51” East 52.14 feet; Thence, continuing along said South boundary, North 89°30’31” West 247.48 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; Thence, along the West boundary of said Lot 2, North 00°16’51” East 140.00 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; Thence, along the North boundary of said Lot 2, South 89°30’31” East 676.68 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; Thence, along the East boundary of said Lot 2, South 00°16’49” West 192.14 feet to said real point of beginning.
