CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of August 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from JTMESC LLC- Jared Hunt for a 63 Lot Residential Preliminary Plat, located at Jerome Unplatted Tax 2303173 of SWSE 19-8-17, more commonly known as the parcel directly to the east of the new park on East Nez Perce and North of 710 and 806 East Nez Perce Avenue, Jerome, Idaho, containing approximately 20.46 acres. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by August 7th, 2024, or physically submitted by August 9th, 2024.
