CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 28th day of February 2023, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Robert Reeder, Agent for Calvary Church, for a Special Use Permit allowing an Electronic Message Display Sign on the property located at Tax 2205151 of Block A-225 Jerome Townsite NW (18-8-17), more commonly known as 900 North Lincoln Avenue, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting in person or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 22nd, 2023 or physically submitted by February 24th, 2023.
