CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ida Clark, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 13th day of February 2024, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Yadira Godoy, for a Special Use Permit renewal, allowing a Home Occupation, a beauty salon, on the property located at Lot 16 Blk 109 Jerome Townsite (NE 24-8-16), more commonly known as 528 West Avenue C, Jerome, Idaho. All interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard. Please consider joining the meeting virtually or submitting written comment. We strongly encourage written comment be postmarked by February 7th, 2024 or physically submitted by February 9th, 2024.
