Facility Tour There will be a tour of the jail facility on Wednesday, February 19th at 10 AM. This tour is available to all firms that considering submitting proposals in response to the County's RFP. The tour will begin in the Patrol Lobby for the Sheriff's Department which is entered through a door on the west side of the Law and Justice Center building located at 104 W. Front Street, Bloomington , Illinois.
