The Tax Computation Report (TCR) is a report that outlines the extension for a district. It shows the following: EAV of the district broken down by property type EAV of any other county that the district overlaps TIF increment, if applicable Levy request Adjusted levy, if applicable Maximum rate for each fund, if applicable Extended rate for each fund Total extension for McLean County Total extension for all counties added together Whether a truth in taxation meeting was held Your district will receive a TCR for your review before extension is completed. You should let us know immediately if you see any discrepancies or have any questions. You will be asked to sign off on the totals and return the form to our office. We will post the TCR’s to our website when extension is finalized. An explanation of how to read the report can be found on our website.
