RESOLUTION OF CONGRATULATIONS WHEREAS, the McLean County Board wishes to recognize the outstanding performance by the student athletes and the coaches of the Heyworth High School Varsity Boys Basketball Team during the 2013-2014 basketball season; and, WHEREAS, the Heyworth High School Varsity Boys Basketball Team finished the 2013-2014 season with an overall season record of 26 wins and 8 losses; and, WHEREAS, the Heyworth High School Varsity Boys basketball Team finished as State Runner-up in the Illinois Class 1A High School Boys Basketball Championship; and, WHEREAS, it is appropriate and fitting for the McLean County Board to recognize and congratulate Head Basketball Coach Tom Eller ; Assistant Coaches Joe Brennan, and Sam Biver; and Team Members Wesley Anderson, Hayden Boyd, Jacob Day, Logan Johnson, Dallas Lee, Kaleb Marr, Jacob Omahana, Bobby Rewerts, Colten Reeves, Kyle Schultz, Ryan Tomlin, Adam Wickenhauser and Justin Witten; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the McLean County Board that the student athletes and coaching staff of the Heyworth High School Varsity Boys Basketball Team are to be congratulated on finishing as State Runner-up in the State Class 1A Basketball Championship.
