Terms of Sale: You will be required to sign an agreement stating that you will be buying taxes, that you will follow the sale procedures as required by law, that you will not buy any taxes for real estate in which you have an interest, and that you will pay the amount due immediately. Your payment must be in the form of a bank draft or certified check. Only 1 buyer per company is allowed to bid at the sale. If you do not comply with the terms of the agreement, the sale will be voided and the parcel will again be offered for sale. Subsequent Taxes: If you intend to pay subsequent taxes before the tax sale, they must be paid on or before November 1, 2012 to allow processing time. Please notify us a day in advance so we can have the bills ready. Registration: The completed registration forms must be received in our office at least 10 business days before the tax sale. They can also be faxed to our office at [PHONE REDACTED]. (No later than October 19, 2012) A registration fee of $250 is required along with your registration forms. The fee will be applied towards what you buy at the sale or returned to you if you do not buy anything. The registration fee will not be returned or refunded if you do not attend the sale. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING A RUBBER STAMP.
