That is below 125% of the poverty level as established by the United States Government. 2. That has filed an Affidavit herein as required by 735 ILCS 5/5-107 and Supreme Court Rule 298. 3. That is unable to pay the fees and costs to pursue this action. WHEREFORE, moves the court to enter an Order that the shall have all the necessary process, appearances and proceedings without fees or charges.
