Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments can be made over the phone (1-[PHONE REDACTED], jurisdiction code 7029) or on the web. The phone system will accept American Express, MasterCard or Discover. The website will accept the same cards, as well as Visa and Visa Debit. Please be aware that the credit card service provider charges a convenience fee based on the amount of taxes being paid (Visa Debit is a flat fee of $3.95). No portion of this fee is paid to McLean County. When paying with a credit card, you will be required to enter your Parcel Number (PIN). This is the 10 digit number printed on your bill.
