SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE RENOVATIONS OF THE RANGER COMMUNITY CENTER Contact Information: Gordon County Board of Commissioners Attn: Charmon VanDyke, Purchasing Manager 215 North Wall Street Calhoun, Georgia 30701 [EMAIL REDACTED] Phone: [PHONE REDACTED] Attachment 8-A - Scope of Work I 1 ---PAGE BREAK--- October 1, 2024 Scope of Work Included in the Request for Proposal for the Renovations of the Ranger Community Center Kitchen ● Remove all plastic laminate countertops and plumbing fixtures. ● All new window blinds ● Patch and repair all damaged drywall before painting, including the ceiling. ● Remove existing vinyl flooring. ● Install new plastic laminate cabinets identical to the existing layout with new solid-surface countertops. ● Chalkboards to remain on the walls. ● Paint ○ Ceiling - coat ○ Walls - coats ○ Trim and doors - coats ● Install new 20 mil resilient flooring and provide all floor preparation needed for a proper installation. ● Provide new undermount 18ga. SS sinks with new faucets. ● Provide a new refrigerator and dishwasher. ● Provide new stove with range hood that has fire suppression ● Replace all light fixtures with new LED fixtures. Room #1 ● Demo closet areas. ● Remove the existing hardwood flooring, decking, and floor joists. ● Remove and replace all chair railings. ● Remove and replace all base molding. ● Remove and replace all gypsum on the wall adjoining the kitchen (install SAB insulation). ● Repair water damage on the interior side of the exterior wall sufficient to receive paint. ● Install a new wood floor joist/decking system identical to the existing one. Replace all concrete pier footings and brick supports to match the existing support spans. ● Install additional layer of plywood to raise the floor thickness in preparation for the new LVT flooring. ● Install new 20 mi.
