DOES NOT MATTER WHAT IT IS OR HOW YOU ATTACH IT! AUTOMATIC LOSS OF 100% OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR NOT FOLLOWING THIS RULE! INTIAL THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS RULE RENTERS INTIALS: - You must be 18 years of age to rent the facility - No early check-in or late check out - Maximum people must not exceed 250 - Chairs and tables must remain on premise - Nothing shall be hung on the walls: Including no tape, tacks, pins, nails or similar items adhering materials to the walls - The key must be returned to the City Hall drop box after cleaning & locked up - Complete items on Cleaning Check List - Evening and all-day renters must have space cleaned and lock up by midnight - Deposit will be refunded after inspection by the City of Gilbert - Proof of insurance is required for parties that have a cash bar - Alcohol is limited to beer and wine only - No alcohol will be served after 11pm - No parking on the west side of the building - No smoking in the building Cleaning/Closing Regulations - Wipe off all tables, chairs and counters.
