CITY OF GILBERT UTILITY SERVICE APPLICATION – MOVE IN Service begins once deposit is paid in full. Utility service through the City of Gilbert includes: water (WA), sewer (SW), sanitary sewer (SS), and resource recovery/ landfill (RR) charges. Utility bills are due on the 15th of every month or the next business day, when the 15th falls upon a weekend or holiday. Automatic withdrawal of utility payments is available. Inquire at City Hall for this service.
