CITY OF GILBERT UTILITY SERVICE APPLICATION – MOVE OUT Deposits are applied to final billing. Any remaining balance will be billed to you. If applying the deposit creates a credit to your account you will receive a deposit refund check in the mail. Be aware; it is possible a billing will be sent out after leaving the premises, to cover usage dates between the last billing cycle and the move out date.
