Welcome/Call to Order/Roll Call PAC Chair 2. Approve Minutes – February 8th and 9th , 2011 PAC Meetings PAC Members 3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Project Area Committee (PAC) for up to five minutes on items not on the agenda, but within the PAC’s jurisdiction. The PAC is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on non-agendized items. Anyone wishing to speak on items that are not listed on the agenda must fill out a card and hand it to the Secretary. For each subsequent item on the agenda, the PAC will first discuss the item. Then the PAC Chair will solicit questions and comments from citizens. 4. Discussion – PAC Members/Agency Staff a. Election of new chair b. Placement of election of vice chair if necessary c. Determination by the PAC of whether to fill the board position left vacant by Melinda Pure’s resignation per PAC Procedures Section 402 d. No recommendation - one year left 5.
