Welcome/Call to Order/Roll Call PAC Chair 2. Approve Minutes – May 25, 2011 PAC Meeting PAC Members 3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Project Area Committee (PAC) for up to five minutes on items not on the agenda, but within the PAC’s jurisdiction. The PAC is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on non-agendized items. Anyone wishing to speak on items that are not listed on the agenda must fill out a card and hand it to the Secretary. For each subsequent item on the agenda, the PAC will first discuss the item.
