Welcome/Call to Order/Roll Call PAC Chair 2. Approve Minutes – November 9, 2010 PAC Meeting PAC Members 3. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Project Area Committee (PAC) for up to five minutes on items not on the agenda, but within the PAC’s jurisdiction. The PAC is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on non-agendized items. Anyone wishing to speak on items that are not listed on the agenda must fill out a card and hand it to the Secretary. For each subsequent item on the agenda, the PAC will first discuss the item. Then the PAC Chair will solicit questions and comments from citizens. 4. Discussion – PAC Members/Agency Staff a. Revise Quarterly Meeting Schedule due to City Council Meeting Changes Current PAC quarterly meeting schedule dates (2nd Tuesday of 3rd month) February 8, 2011 May 10, 2011 August 9, 2011 November 8, 2011 b.
