ADDRESS CITY OF FERNLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE UPDATE. Community Development Director Fred Turnier presented a timeline for the Development Code update and asked to have updates on the Development Code Update process as a standing agenda item for future agendas. 6. ADDRESS REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Future agenda items included: Development Code Updates (as standing item) Establish a Meeting for Development Code Subcommittee and Staff 7. ADJOURNMENT.
