ROLL CALL. There were no absences. 2. PUBLIC INPUT. Public comment is limited to five minutes per person. Items not agenized for this meeting cannot be acted upon other than to place them on future agendas. NO action was taken on this item. 3. ADDRESS ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA INCLUDING ANY DELETED ITEMS. NO adjustments were made. 4. ADDRESS SELECTION OF CITY MANAGER AND OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. A motion to select Mr. Greg Evangelatos as the new City Manager was APPROVED by a vote of 3-2-0 Malloy and Parsons opposed. It was determined that more time was needed to draft an employment agreement. It was suggested that a Special Meeting be held (possibly May 15, 2009) to address the modified employment agreement. 5. ADJOURNMENT. The meeting was ADJOURNED at 9:02 p.m. by a vote of 5-0-0.
