PUBLIC INPUT. Items not agendized for this meeting cannot be acted upon other than to place them on future agendas. 2. REPORTS. This item is for various public entity representatives to provide general information to the Council and public. No action will be taken. 3. ADDRESS PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS 4. BUDGET WORKSHOP: 4.A. ADDRESS COUNCIL GOALS AND PRIORITIES. 4.B. ADDRESS PRESENTATIONS BY VARIOUS GROUPS REQUESTING FUNDING. 4.C. ADDRESS BUDGET DISCUSSION AND PRESENTATION ON SPECIAL FUNDS BY DEPARTMENTS, INCLUDING: SEWER, WATER, ALTERNATIVE WATER, GAS AND ROAD TAX, RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION TAX, LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICTS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, AND GRANT FUNDS. NO action was taken on this item. It was requested that supplemental cost centers be provided breaking down budgets for the different offices included under City Administration. An additional budget workshop was scheduled for Monday, May 7th at 6:00 p.m. 5. ADDRESS REQUEST(S) FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. There were NO requests for future agenda items. 6. ADJOURNMENT. The meeting ADJOURNED at 9:19 p.m. by a vote of 4-0-1 Chaffin absent.
