FPC Subcommittee Meeting Date: WEDNESDAY, December 10, 2008 1. PUBLIC INPUT. Items not agendized for this meeting cannot be acted upon other than to place them on future agendas. 2. ADDRESS PROCEDURES, SCOPE OF WORK, TIME TABLE AND ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON. Commissioner Clegg was elected to serve as Chairman of the Subcommittee by a vote of 3-0-0. 3. ADDRESS CITY OF FERNLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE UPDATE. NO action was taken on this item. There was significant discussion regarding hot button Development Code items i.e. fence standards, lighting standards, parking space requirements, lot size requirements, signage standards, and the right to farm provisions. 4. ADDRESS REQUEST(S) FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. There were NO requests for future agenda items. The next meeting would be held on January 14, 2009 at 4:00pm, prior to the regular Planning Commission meeting. 5. ADJOURNMENT. The meeting ADJOURNED at 5:38 p.m. by a vote of 3-0-0.
