WENDAL, ET. AL. TRUST; LOCATED AT 775 HARDIE LANE; APN 21-121-13 (Planning Commission final decision). A motion to approve Tentative Parcel Map TPM 09-26, which meets the City Development Code, based on the discussion and findings provided in the Staff report was APPROVED by a vote of 4-0-2 Peterson and Shumway absent. 6.
