PUBLIC INPUT. Items not agendized for this meeting cannot be acted upon other than to place them on future agendas. 2. REPORTS. This item is for various public entity representatives to provide general information to the Council and public. No action will be taken. 3. ADDRESS PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS. This item as APPROVED by a vote of 4-0-1 Chaffin absent. 4. ADDRESS CONTINUATION OF BUDGET WORKSHOP INCLUDING DISCUSSION OF COUNCIL GOALS & PRIORITIES, MODIFICATIONS OF THE CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDED BUDGET FOR INCLUSION INTO THE FINAL BUDGET HEARING ON 5/15/207, AND OTHER RELATED BUDGET ISSUES. The Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2007-2008 was APPROVED for the final budget hearing with the following changes: Transfer $10,000 from Grants to Community Support; Decrease 100-411-600 by $5,000 and Increase 100-411- 602 by $5,000 for Meetings/Events; Leave the Administrative Specialist Position as is and add a Part-time Office Assistant II without depleting the Contingency fund (as a part of the City Manager’s Office); Break-out General Fund General Government into Cost Centers to include Office of the City Manager, Office of the City Clerk, Office of the City Attorney, Mayor and City Council, Finance, and General Administration; and Decrease 240-475-741 by $195,000 (remove purchase of street sweeper) and Increase 240-475-730 by $145,000 (for road maintenance) and 240-475-420 by $50,000 (for street sweeping contract) by a vote of 4-0-1 Chaffin absent. 5. ADDRESS REQUEST(S) FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. There were NO requests for future agenda items. It was noted that since the tentative budget was approved for the final budget hearing that the meeting scheduled for May 8, 2007 was CANCELLED. 6. ADJOURNMENT. The meeting ADJOURNED at 8:53 p.m. by a vote of 4-0-1 Chaffin absent.
