Approval of Minutes for March 12, 2008 and April 9, 2008 This item was APPROVED by a vote of 7-0-0. 2. PUBLIC INPUT. Items not agendized for this meeting cannot be acted upon other than to place them on future agendas. 3. REPORTS. This item is for various public entity representatives, including City Staff and Planning Commissioners to provide general information to the Commission and public. No action will be taken. 4. PUBLIC HEARING: 4.A. ADDRESS TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP APPLICATION TPM 08-07 FOR SIERRA WEST DEVELOPMENT TO DIVIDE A 5.30-ACRE PARCEL ZONED C-1 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) INTO FOUR PARCELS, THE SMALLEST TO BE 12,411 SQUARE FEET; OWNER SHADOWBROOK LLC; LOCATED AT 110 WEST SHADOW LANE; APN 21-132-62. (Planning Commission final decision). This item was APPROVED by a vote of 7-0-0. 4.B. ADDRESS SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION SUP 08-03 SIX MONTH REVIEW OF MUSTANG RANGE AND FIREARMS TRAINING CENTER TO ALLOW CONTINUED OPERATIONS OF A RANGE AND FIREARMS TRAINING FACILITY ON A 32.510-ACRE PARCEL ZONED RR-5 (RURAL RESIDENTIAL, 20-ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE); LOCATED AT 5000 HIGHWAY 95A; APN 21-451-77. (Provide recommendation to City Council). This item was APPROVED by a vote of 6-1-0 McCoy opposed. 4.C. ADDRESS MAJOR VARIANCE APPLICATION VAR 08-06 FOR SPENELLA COMMERCIAL TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES FROM 22 PARKING SPACES TO 16 PARKING SPACES, A REDUCTION OF 6 PARKING SPACES FOR A 5,412 SQUARE FOOT, TWO STORY BUILDING; OWNER JD SUGARPINE PROPERTIES, LLC; LOCATED AT 330 EAST MAIN STREET; APN 20-101-06. (Planning Commission final decision).
