May is the Month for National Physical Fitness and Activity Awareness! Senior Olympics continues with 2 more events which gives you the opportunity to get out and move, socialize, and have some fun! Remember that exercise keeps your weight in check, you heart beating strong, muscles toned, and helps prevent many diseases such as diabetes and cancer. Wear your Sunscreen! The Senior Olympics Picnic and Award Ceremony will be May 1st. We will begin with fun relays at the South end of the Main Center. (Potato Relay, Balloon Popping on Chairs, and the Water Balloon Toss).
