PUBLIC NOTICE The Farmington MPO is advertising Amendment #9 to the FFY2014-2019 Transportation Improvement Program which amends one project scope and two project termini descriptions as follows: This public comment period meets all of the applicable requirements of the federal transportation bill MAP-21 and the federal transit requirements of Section 5307(c) Added/Amended Projects Project Name: East Piñon Hills Blvd Extension (Phase I) Control Number: F100100 Project Description Phase I: Full rebuild of the Intersection of Piñon Hills and NM 516; Extension of Piñon Hills Blvd to include earthwork, asphalt, street lighting, drainage improvements and signalization upgrades. The public may also make comments on the proposed amendments at the following meeting: Public Hearing: During the Farmington MPO Technical Committee meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2014 in the San Juan County Admin Building, 100 S. Oliver St, Aztec New Mexico 87410. Final approval on the proposed amendment will be taken during the Farmington MPO Policy Committee meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2014.
