Farmington MPO TIP Modification #10, Sept 4th, 2014 The New Mexico Department of Transportation, the lead agency for the NM 173 Safety Project (F100170) has requested to move all HSIP Safety funds from FY 2015 to FY 2016 in the amount of $1,000,000 ($926,400 Federal $73,600 State). FY 2014 Safety HSIP funds will remain in the current fiscal year. The overall project funding total remains the same at $2,000,000.
