Cleaning ducts in West Annex due to asbestos testing done by LT Environmental. The existence of the emergency condition creates an immediate and serious need for professional cleaning services that cannot be met through normal procurement methods and the lack of which would seriously threaten: the functioning of government; and the health or safety of any person. Contract award details and the required statutory information is below: Keers Remediation, Inc. 5904 Florence Ave NE Albuquerque, NM 87113 $42,689.99; Clean duct system in basement, 1st, and 2nd floors. Hepa vacuum and encapsulate the inside of the HVAC unit where there is asbestos containing material. Repair all damaged asbestos containing material on the piping.
