Farmington MPO TIP Modification June 26th, 2014 The City of Bloomfield, the lead agency for the Vereda del Rio San Juan Trail Phase II (F100230) Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), has requested that a new financial category (PE) be added to FY 2014 in the amount of $46,311 ($39,568 Federal and $6,743 State Match). The $46,311 previously mentioned is being moved from the FY 2014 construction category to the new FY 2014 PE category. The overall project funding total remains the same at $199,636.
