Farmington MPO TIP Modification #11, November 6th, 2014 The New Mexico Department of Transportation, the lead agency for the US 64 Phase IV (F100110) has requested to move $3,018,546 in construction funds from FY 2016 to FY 2015 which will increase the FY2015 construction total to ($10,644,611 Federal $1,813,969 State). The overall project total will remain the same at $15,600,000.
