Senior Olympics continues with 11 more events which gives you the opportunity to get out and move, socialize, and have some fun! Remember that exercise keeps your weight in check, you heart beating strong, muscles toned, and helps prevent many diseases such as diabetes and cancer. Wear your Sunscreen! The Senior Olympics Picnic and Award Ceremony will be May 18th. We will begin with games in the grass at the South end of the Main Center. (Potato Relay, Balloon Popping on Chairs, and the Water Balloon Toss).
