Party Policies Public Swim Parties – The Farmington Aquatic Center is available for parties during normal Public Swim times (Academic Schedule only) and at the normal Public Swim admission fees per person. You can bring us a list of guests that will be swimming and we’ll check them off as they enter – that way, you can make a one‐time payment for your guests who arrive and swim. If you have guests attend who will not swim, they will not be allowed on the pool deck so there is no fee for their attendance. You may bring 1 or two tables (first come first serve – space is limited) to set up outside or in the observation area in the lobby (not on the pool deck) for a cake and refreshments (no alcohol or glass containers) but you’ll need someone in your party to stay with the table and watch it. You’ll need to begin cleanup 30 minutes prior to the end of the Public Swim session and complete cleanup by the end of the session. You’ll also need to read and sign the full list of policies when you book your party. Public Swim parties are available during the academic schedule, which is end of August through May. Private Parties – The Farmington Aquatic Center is available for private parties during the times, and at the costs, listed below. Food and drink are allowed in the pool deck area during private parties only. Alcohol and glass containers of any kind are prohibited. You’ll also need to read and sign the full list of policies when you book your party. Private parties at the Aquatic Center are available on Mon/Tue/Thurs/Fri/Sat from June to mid‐August – and – Fri/Sat from mid‐August through May – and – are from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Aquatic Center party attendees will not be allowed in the pool area until 7:30 p.m. and the building must be cleared by at least 9:45 p.m. Only two tables are available for use. Private parties at Lions Pool are available in the details listed below. Please call (505) 599‐1167 to schedule a time outside of operational hours. Public Swim Parties Location Price Details Farmington Aquatic Center Public Swim rate Cost is based on normal Public Swim Rates for any party attendee who wishes to swim. (During our Academic Schedule only). Private Parties Location Price Details Farmington Aquatic Center $200 + $4 each over 30 people The cost is $200 for the first 30 swimmers and an additional $4 each for every swimmer after the first 30. Children age 2 and under are not included in this count. Party attendees in street clothes that will not swim during the party are allowed on deck at no charge. A non‐ refundable deposit of $100 is due within a week of making your reservation and is included in your final balance. Lions Pool $50/hour The cost is $50 per hour for a maximum of 78 attendees (swimmers and non‐swimmers). Children age 2 and under, and people in street clothes that will not swim during the party are allowed on deck, but will be included in the total count. A non‐refundable $25 deposit is due at the time you make your reservation and is included in your final balance.
