Farmington Metropolitan Planning Organization Complete Streets Process The MPO is working to develop guidelines and policies for Complete Streets, which will ensure that roads are planned, designed, and constructed to be safe and convenient for all modes of travel. Sometimes all it takes is restriping the road. Other times, it might require adding a median, installing sidewalks, or rethinking how the road’s right-of-way can be used for all modes of travel.
