May 20, 2015 Everett Police Department 1 Press Release Everett Police Department - News Release FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 20, 2015 CONTACT: Officer Aaron Snell Everett Police Department [PHONE REDACTED] (May 20, 2015) Missing/Endangered man with dementia found uninjured EVERETT - Just before 6:00 a.m. this morning, officers responded to the area of I-5 and E. Marine View Dr after an alert citizen called 911 to report seeing Larry Napier . Larry was found uninjured and has been reunited with family. The citizen stated they were able to identify Larry because of the news coverage. The Everett Police Department thank s the citizen for their awareness, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Search & Rescue team for their efforts, local media for the news coverage and everyone who helped spread the word. (May 19, 2015) Missing/Endangered Person Alert: Missing Everett man has dementia EVERETT – The Everett Police Department is searching for 56 year-old Lawrence “Larry” Napier who was last seen at his residence in the 8500 block of 10 th Ave SE at around 4:00 p.m. today. Napier has dementia but does not have a history of walking away. Napier knows his mother lives near Cascade High School and likes to frequent the corner store in the 8400 block of 7th Ave SE. Napier is white, 56 years-old, 5’6” tall, 180 pounds with dark hair and an unshaven face. He was last seen wearing khaki slacks and a dark button down flannel shirt. Due to the concern that Napier cannot find his way home, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Search & Rescue team and SnoHawk 1 have been deployed to assist. Anyone with information about Napier or his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
