Boating Safety Class Adventures in Boating... This class is offered for FREE and taught by offi cers and volunteers from the Everett Police Department’s Marine Operations Unit. The class curriculum is certifi ed by WA State Parks & Recreation. Completion of the course is State mandated to receive a boater education card which is required for all vessel operators born in 1955 or later.
