UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Motion to authorize final acceptance and payment of retainage to Maxfield Construction, Inc., for the Birch Street Watermain replacement Project. RESOLUTION 14-41 Resolution of the City of Evanston authorizing the acceptance and execution of a Grant Agreement with the United States of America through the Federal Aviation Administration for a Project to Rehabilitate Apron (Phase II) at the Evanston-Uinta County Airport Burns Field. RESOLUTION 14-42 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming authorizing the execution of a Contract Agreement between the City of Evanston and Uinta County as the owner and Consolidated Paving and Concrete, Inc. as the Contractor for an Improvement Project at the Evanston-Uinta County Airport Burns Field. RESOLUTION 14-43 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a contract for services with the Evanston Chamber of Commerce.
