Awards Public Hearing to solicit public comment regarding the application for a Bar and Grill Liquor License for Tumblin Tumbleweeds, LLC., dba: Tumblin Tumbleweeds. Motion to approve a Bar and Grill Liquor License for Tumblin Tumbleweeds, LLC., dba: Tumblin Tumbleweeds and to allow alcoholic beverages to be served on the patio/deck area. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion of any item is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately. Street Closure Permit requested by Evanston Main Street for the Annual Downtown Trick-or-Treating on Friday, October 31, 2014, on Main Street from 7th Street to 11th Street, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS MOTION to approve the request of Five K, LLC., to change their liquor license dba from "The Speed Bump" to "The Lincoln Highway Tavern", and to change the description of the dispensing room to a 16'x24' room in the East portion of the building on the ground floor. RESOLUTION 14-66 A Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police to provide compliance inspections on retail tobacco outlets to enforce laws prohibiting the sale of tobacco to minors.
