Public Hearing to solicit public comment regarding the application for a transfer of ownership of a Retail Liquor License from Ashray Motel, LLC., dba: Howard Johnson to Summit Food and Beverage, LLC., dba: Howard Johnson. Motion to approve the transfer of ownership of a Retail Liquor License from from Ashray Motel, LLC., dba: Howard Johnson to Summit Food and Beverage, LLC., dba: Howard Johnson. Public Hearing to provide information and receive public input, comment and concerns regarding the renewal and or extension of the Franchise Ordinances permitting All West / Wyoming, Inc., to construct, maintain, operate, use and furnish to the public a cable communications system and telephone system within all streets, alleys and utility easements granted or dedicated to or by the City. Street Closure Permit requested by 1st Bank for a Fundraiser for the Hungry Children's Backpack Program on Friday, August 21, 2015 on 10th Street from Main Street to the Alley between Main and Center Streets, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Limited Malt Beverage Permit requested by the Evanston Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. for the Annual Demolition Derby to be held at the Uinta County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. RESOLUTION 15-45 Resolution of the Governing Body of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, prohibiting the use of E-Cigarettes in all buildings owned by the City. RESOLUTION 15-46 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a Contract for Services with the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4280 to support the American Flag Program in the City of Evanston. RESOLUTION 15-47 A Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a Sub-Agreement with the Evanston Chamber of Commerce to Administer a Technical Assistance Grant under the Community Development Block Grant Program of the State of Wyoming for the development of a Business Tools Component of the Chamber's Website. RESOLUTION 15-48 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of an Agreement with Arts, Inc., dba: Young Musicians to provide Music Education and Cultural Activities and Opportunities for the Youth. RESOLUTION 15-49 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a Contract for Services with the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. RESOLUTION 15-50 Resolution authorizing the City of Evanston, Wyoming to enter into an Agreement with Cowboy Day's, Incorporated, a Non-profit Corporation for Professional Services to promote tourism within the City of Evanston by providing the Cowboy Days Rodeo. RESOLUTION 15-51 Resolution authorizing the City of Evanston, Wyoming to enter into an Agreement with Evanston Rodeo Series, a Non-profit Corporation for Professional Services to Promote the use of the Uinta County Fairgrounds within the City of Evanston by providing the Evanston Rodeo Series. RESOLUTION 15-52 A Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of an Agreement with the Uinta County Human Service Board to provide Human Services for the Citizens of Evanston. RESOLUTION 15-53 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a Contract with Uinta Engineering & Surveying, Inc., to provide the Engineering Services described therein for a Sewer Replacement Project.
