Motion to approve the applications for the renewal of Liquor Licenses within the City of Evanston. Parade Route requested by Evanston High School Student Council for the 2014 Homecoming Parade on Friday, September 19, 2014, beginning at 4:00 pm at Davis Middle School. Limited Malt Beverage Permit requested by Alan Griffin for the Rocktoberfest Fundraiser event to be held at the Roundhouse on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm. UNFINISHED BUSINESS RESOLUTION 14-50 Resolution authorizing the City of Evanston, Wyoming to enter into a Contract for Services with the to host the Uinta County Stage Stop Dog Sled Race. NEW BUSINESS RESOLUTION 14-60 A Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming authorizing the execution of a Revocable License agreement with Joshua S. Noble and Kandra Noble.
