Benefits The City recognizes its success largely depends on the work and devotion of its employees. The longevity of current employees demonstrates the City’s commitment to providing rewarding career opportunities reinforced by competitive salaries and benefit packages The City’s benefit package is provided to full-time permanent employees. Vacation: Employees earn 8 hours of vacation increasing in 2 hour increments for every 5 years of service. Sick Leave: Employees earn 8 hours of paid sick leave Holidays: The City observes 11 paid holidays annually. Retirement: In addition to social security, employees are covered by the Wyoming Retirement System. The City contributes 12.44% of the employee’s total salary with an employee contribution of 4.18% and 4.76% for law enforcement officers. Group Insurance: The City provides medical, dental and vision insurance for employees and their families. The City pays 91.8% of the premium and the employee pays 8.2%. premium: Family $176.44 2 Adults $129.24 Employee & Child(ren) $113.72 Employee only $70.32 Life Insurance: The City provides $50,000 in life coverage for employees.
