CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL APPROVE AGENDA ACKNOWLEDGE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES FOR August 18, 2015 ACKNOWLEDGE WORK SESSION MINUTES FOR August 25, 2015 APPROVE BILLS COUNCIL COMMENTS PUBLIC HEARINGS/SPECIAL ORDERS Public Hearing to receive input regarding the renewal of Liquor Licenses within the City of Evanston. Motion to find that there is good cause to renew the Retail Liquor License held by Red Heart Creations, LLC., dba: Lotty's Liquor & Lounge for an additional period, not to exceed one year. Motion to approve the renewal of the Retail Liquor License held by Gateway Gourmet Catering, LLC., dba: The Gateway Grille at Purple Sage, contingent upon the reinstatement of their LLC with the Secretary of State by October 15, 2015. Motion to approve the remaining applications for the renewal of Liquor Licenses within the City of Evanston. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion of any item is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately. Parade Route requested by Evanston High School Student Council for the 2015 Homecoming Parade on Friday, September 25, 2015, beginning at 4:00 pm at Davis Middle School. UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS RESOLUTION 15-56 A Resolution of the Governing Body of the City of Evanston adopting the Uinta County Emergency Operations Plan to address prevention, preparation, response, recovery and mitigation of the effects of emergencies and disasters.
