El Cerrito Ohlone Greenway Natural Area Addendum 3 Below is a list of answers to questions the City has received regarding its Ohlone Greenway Natural Area RFP since the last Addenda was sent on December 2. The deadline for questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted by tomorrow, December 7, 2:00 pm. Q1: Is there any recent topographic information available for the site? A1: The Contract Plans for the BART Earthquake Safety Program, Aerial Structure R- Line North Project contain some topographical information for the site. The topography survey was prepared by BART’s consultant, Towill, Inc in April 2006 using computer- assisted photogrammetric methods, and the topographical information in areas of dense vegetation and under the BART guideway may not be accurate. Although these Contract Plans are available for review, the selected design consultant is expected to conduct a topographic survey within the project limits as necessary to support the design. Q2: Can we review the CE for the project? A2: The Initial Study/Negative Declaration is available for review from Public Works or Environmental Services at City Hall.
