King, Jr. Celebration Monday, January 19, 2015 El Cerrito High School, 540 Ashbury Ave “Still I Rise - Hands Up for Justice” PARADE: Gather at 9:00 a.m. the El Cerrito D.M.V. Parking Lot (6400 Manila Avenue). Led by the ECHS Marching Band, the parade will proceed along San Pablo Avenue, up Moeser Lane to Ashbury Avenue and arrive at El Cerrito High School. RALLY & PROGRAM: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the El Cerrito High School Performing Arts Center (540 Ashbury Avenue). The celebration includes entertainment, music, dance, singing and family fun.
