PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OR OBSERVATION OF MOMENT OF SILENCE was led by Councilmember Bridges. 2. COUNCIL / STAFF COMMUNICATIONS – None. 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC – None. 4. PRESENTATIONS – None. 5. ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR – None. 6. PUBLIC HEARING – None 7. POLICY MATTERS A. Tax Anticipation Notes Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Westamerica Bank for the issuance of $5,017,000 in Tax Anticipation Notes and to approve $29,315 for associated legal and other transaction costs. Presenter: Lisa Malek-Zadeh, Finance Director. Action: Moved, seconded (Friedman / Abelson) and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 2013–47. 8. COUNCIL ASSIGNMENTS/LIAISON REPORTS – Held over to the September 17, 2013 City Council meeting. 9. ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING at 7:08 p.m.
