Tony Thurmond Launches Satellite Office Hours in El Cerrito, California Tony Thurmond will hold quarterly office hours in El Cerrito beginning on 4th Wednesdays in April, July and November from 12:00pm- 4:00pm. An Assembly District 15 Field Representative will be available to meet with constituents on a drop-in basis at the El Cerrito City Council Chambers located at 10890 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, CA.
