The Design-build project delivery method enabled an integrated team form of delivery that saved the project extensive time and cost, and supported a deep green approach to uncovering and enhancing long-term environmental goals that could not have been achieved under traditional design-bid-build – a true triple bottom line result. Using this format, the two- acre multimillion dollar recycling facility was developed in under one year for the set budget.
