Any determination is a public record and shall be retained in the same manner and location as the disclosure statements filed pursuant to this code. ---PAGE BREAK--- City of El Cerrito Conflict of Interest Code Amended October 1, 2024 Resolution No. 2024-67 Page 3 of 3 Appendix B – Disclosure Categories The disclosure categories listed below identify the types of investments, business positions, sources of income or real property which Designated Positions must disclose for each category to which the position is assigned. # Description 1 Personal Income: All sources of income, including investments, gifts, loans and travel payments as defined in Government Code Section 82030, as amended. 2 Interests in Real Property: All interests in real property, as defined in Government Code Section 82033, as amended, l o c a t e d i n w h o l e o r i n p a r t w i t h i n t h e C i t y o f E l C e r r i t o o r w i t h i n a t w o - m i l e r a d i u s o f t h e b o u n d a r i e s o f t h e C i t y o f E l C e r r i t o .
