Complete the application materials for a Residential Chicken Clearance or Honeybee Keeping Clearance. 2. Identify the addresses of all properties that directly border the property where chickens or bees will be kept. This may include properties that face other streets. Planning staff can assist you with this information, including identifying property owners. 3. Obtain consent from ALL legal OWNERS of properties that directly border the property where chickens or bees will be kept. Include the Residential Chicken Clearance or Honeybee Keeping Clearance and associated drawings with this signature form when gathering signatures. 4. Return this form with all completed signatures along with a completed Residential Chicken Clearance or Honeybee Keeping Clearance and drawings to the Planning Division. 5. Planning staff will mail a notice to all adjacent property owners to verify the signatures.
