Agenda Item No. S(B) CITY OF EL CERRITO PROCLAMATION Commending and Congratulating Officer Terry F. Schillinger for his Recognition by the Richmond Elks Lodge No. 1251 Police Officer Appreciation Program WHEREAS, Officer Terry F. Schillinger became a Police Officer on June 1 i\ 2008;and WHEREAS, Officer Terry F. Schillinger has consistently proven himself to be an outstanding employee; and WHEREAS, Officer Terry F. Schillinger led the department 1n criminal apprehension; and WHEREAS, Officer Terry F. Schillinger has excelled in deterring and apprehending suspects involved in robbery and narcotics trafficking; and WHEREAS, Officer Terry F. Schillinger has demonstrated his dedication to the Mission and Values of El Cerrito Police Department, the City of El Cerrito, and his fellow women and men in Law Enforcement; and WHEREAS, Officer Terry F. Schillinger, through his performance during the year, has indeed been exemplary and should not pass without notice. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of El Cerrito does hereby commend and congratulate Officer Terry F.
