El Cerrito Ohlone Greenway Natural Area Addendum 1 Below is a list of answers to questions the City has received regarding its attached RFP (issued 11/16/11). If you would like to assure that your firm receives all communication in regards to this RFP, or if you’d like to be removed from our contact list for this project, please email [EMAIL REDACTED] Question 1: There is an inconsistency between the due date listed on the cover and inside the RFP. Answer: The due date is December 16, 2011. Question 2: Is there any preference in having a civil, architect, urban design, or landscape architect as prime consultant? Answer: Any of the above can prime the project, however, as stated in the RFP, it is desirable that the successful team have expertise in urban design and a strong landscape architecture background. Question 3: Is there a list of firms that the RFP was sent out to either by email, regular mail, or was picked up and is that available for review. We would like to find out who else was contacted to determine whether we should consider putting together a team or join another team for your project.
